The warranty period

Warranty Policy

Thank you for selecting a Donner product. Donner products are designed and manufactured to provide a high level of defect-free performance.

After 30 days from the day after the user signs for the receipt, the non-human performance failure occurs, and after detection and confirmation by Donner store, the user shall be provided with the maintenance service. The warranty period of the products and components is as follows:

This warranty does not cover 

(a) Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owner’s manual for this product; damage during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Donner or an authorized Donner Servicer;

(b) Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; 

(d) Deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; 

(e) Damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or acts of God;

(f) Or RFI/EMI (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable. Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will cause this warranty to be void. This warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser or renter from an authorized


1.Products with quality-related issues . will be responsible for shipping fees (within 7.2GBP),and get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of you order. Then fill the form and print it.

2.Products with no quality-related issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £36, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
