So these speakers are budget but have good quality sound and plenty of power for home studio work. I like the flexibility having Bluetooth as a bonus. I really like them and thought good value for money.

A solid build and really great sound. So easy to use. A fantastic addition to your setup! I am very much enjoying using these speakers.

Great speakers for the money. I have them connected into my audio interface with the TRS jacks. They sound good on recording playback, listening to music or as a quick, easy option for guitar if I want to hear it, but don’t need to go through an amp. Good size for a tight area as well.

My 20 year old monitor speakers crapped out. I have several effects pedals from Donner, and a wireless transmitter, that have all worked great, and their customer service has been fantastic, so they seemed like a good bet. There are several options for connecting these, and without looking at the directions I opted for the enclosed RCA cable. Taking a look at the manual, I realized there was a Bluetooth option, which was a huge bonus.
They sound great and you can dial in some fine tuning with bass and treble controls on the back, and also plug in headphones on the front.
So far so good, let's see how they hold up!

Fantastic little set of studio monitors. Phone audio won’t do them justice, but they sound huge and very clear. They fit perfectly on my work desk and are so easy to adjust and tweak. I like the eq knobs that are on the back so I can do some tweaking but not bump them accidentally. Perhaps my favorite feature is the selector rotating knob on the front. I love how easy it is to change between inputs and keep the sound isolated and clear.

I decided to put together a small home studio for recording guitar, vocals and keyboard, and I was in need of a pair of compact studio monitors when I came across these ones from Moukey. One thing I noted upon opening the box is that they are indeed quite small. However, don’t be food by the size, as these sound great plugged into my Scarlett 2i2 interface/preamp. No shortage of bass or volume at all. I noticed that when plugged into a preamp such as the Scarlett via the balanced TRS connection, these particular monitors sound best with the volume knob on the speakers turned all the way up. They sounded a bit sibilant when driving the Scarlett preamp with the preamp's volume higher than that of the built-in amp knob on the front of the speakers. The speaker treble and bass boost/cut knobs on the back of the main monitor work great; however, I found that mine were tuned perfectly with the EQ's flat right out of the box without much adjustment needed. Still, the combination of these EQ knobs on the back and the volume knob on the front in conjunction with the EQ's of your preamp and DAW make these speakers extremely tweakable and versatile. The only thing I would add to them would be a Mids EQ knob on the speakers maybe.
While these studio monitors are not individually powered (there is a main left active speaker and a passive right speaker) and do not have XLR inputs, they perfectly fit my needs as an amateur. Easy to set up and function great out of the box. I’m sure a professional in need of compact monitors would be just as satisfied, given their versatility. At the very least, they make for excellent speakers to plug into your computer. I am used to playing vinyl through all tube amplifiers and audiophile speakers, and I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless how good these Moukey monitor speakers sounded simply playing lossless music from iTunes via the Focusrite preamp and balanced TRS connection. I have not yet tried the Bluetooth capability, but that’s a great bonus as well for switching to your phone for audio playback, especially in a collaborative studio session when someone wants to play something from their device through the monitors. On top of all this, the build quality seems good for the price. The knobs work great without noise and nothing feels "loose" in sound or build. I would recommend these Moukey monitor speakers to any home studio musician or hobbyist.

WOW. I am super impressed with these monitors. Great value for the price, great sound. I love the dials to adjust treble or bass, and the varied options for connections! (TRS, RCA, AUX, and Bluetooth).

I really do enjoy these speakers and I think they fit my needs well.

This is my first set of near-field monitors, but I’ve previously been monitoring my recordings and listening to music with a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro monitoring headphones, so this is my frame of reference when listening to these Moukey speakers.

I just got a hold of the Moukey MA20-2 Studio Monitors and so far I’ve been happy with them for the price.

Had a great time setting this up and being able to use the RCA inputs as well as AUX in. The EQ was really effective and being able to balance it for my uses.

They sound and look better than the broken m-audio their replacing. I like they have many inputs and bass and treble knobs.

They are great for mixing or listening to tunes.

These little speakers are great!

For the size they have a great sound and enough low end for a budget home studio, I’m definitely happy with this purchase, it came with the cable needed, foam, lot of value for money and it makes recording way easier.

I was suprised by how good the sound and the build quality are at this price point, there are a lot of adjustable switches as you can tell on my pics, also a lot of input/output methods at the back pannel. overall a great product and purchasing experience.

Sound quality is really good! Love having these for listening to music, and for the price it’s really good too! The boxes themselves have a nice weight to it and you have many options in terms of connections. The plain enclosures fit nicely on my shelf too

These monitors look great and sound even better. Incredible value for the money. I highly recommend these. I use them for gaming, movies and recording. I would not hesitate to buy another set if something happened to these.

It's not best power speakers, but with that price range it is the best value for money pair of speakers.

I wanted to purchase a decent pair of speakers but near a bracket of $100. I was recommended this by a friend and bought it to check out.
First of all the build quality is sturdy and it came with 2 isolation pads which is nice to have. The installation was very easy, I did it without reading the instruction manual.
Now the quality of sound. The output of speakers is amazing, almost impeccable. It is a huge upgrade from my TV speakers for sure. I can listen to the separate sounds and music clearly. I'm amazed to see how high it can get without cracking. The bass is fantastic, I had to keep it in 50% to get a smooth listening experience.
One thing is that the vibration may cracks the sound I get during I watch a movie with high volume. The isolation pads helped to remove those, and now it's fantastic.
Terry
Ok so overall based on price good buy!

I am enjoying them and happy enough with them .

You can tell how good a speaker is by how heavy it is. The active speaker has a good heft to it with both of them feeling solid and well built. In the box you get two isolations pads and a bag of speaker wire and cables. The 3.5" woofer and 1" tweeter deliver great sound and volume. It took me awhile to tune it and you can adjust the bass and treble using the rear knobs on the active speaker. In bluetooth mode, you need the speakers away from you and your phone in order to stop the interference. Amazing 2.0 studio monitor speakers for home use.

The sound quality is fine

I have a DAC that has both USB and optical inputs, and RCA outputs. I connected my TV via its optical out to the DAC, and the DAC connected to the RCA inputs of the Moukey speakers. The sound quality is amazing! The bass and treble dials on the Moukey speakers have a huge tonal range so I dialed in a great, smooth but bass-y sound. I prefer this setup because I also connect my laptop to the DAC when listening to DSD files. And of course there's the ubiquitous Bluetooth connection when I just want to stream music from my phone. I am perfectly happy with these speakers and their excellent quality and construction. They compliment my setup really well and didn't break the bank!

These powered bookshelf speakers are perfect for my setup. They arrived well packaged with all the cables that I needed, and even include insulation foam. I especially liked the stick-on insulation pads that I put underneath the speakers. The speakers themselves are really solid and tightly constructed. The fit and finish was perfect without any gaps or misaligned edges. They are simple to use, with a proper power switch and input-dial on the front with a few different connectivity options (balanced TRS inputs, RCA, aux-in and Bluetooth) on the rear, along with bass/treble dials.

Solid speakers with excellent sound reproduction and punch above their price point. Low to high frequencies are clearly articulated, making these great reference studio monitors for sound recording and mixing. They get quite loud with surprising levels of amplification; for their size I rarely have to turn the volume dial more than halfway. Their diminutive size does however make them perfect for my limited desk space. They look and feel well-made. Lots of connection options (standard balanced TRS, RCA, to 3.5 inch aux, bluetooth) which seems unusual for studio monitors but well appreciated. I also appreciated having all the controls (volume, power, input selection, headphone jack) on the front, which also means my younger family members can easily use them without me having to worry about them touching connections at the back of the units. I was pleasantly surprised that the speakers also came with foam isolation pads, which saved me from having to buy those separately. I initially had some intermittent noise interference picked up from my laptop which I was able to resolve through positioning and using balanced TRS cables. No regrets.

Hi, guys!
I just bought this Moukey 3.5'' Studio Monitors Bookshelf Powered Speakers with Bluetooth, and after use it, I want to tell you a few words about this excellent pair of speakers.
The first thing that I want to highlight is the relationship between its size, power, and the quality of the sound: impressive.
Second, the quality of the materials used, a beautiful design, excellent connectors, physical protection to avoid accidental change of voltage, incredibly good components! with a 3.5 inch woven surface woofer developed by Moukey and a 1-inch silk film tweeter mounted in a cabinet made of high-grade thick wood with a rear air duct to improve the sound quality.
Third, the power of these speakers, is very impressive, with excellent output volume without losing quality (see and listen to the video that I have posted!).
Also, the diversity of audio inputs, you can use associated with a PC, tablet, cellphone (BT); and all you need to do to select the source is change a single knob!
They have a particularly good equalization; you can adjust the sound to your preferences only moving two knobs in the rear part of the main speaker.
The volume and equalization knobs are smooth, with precise control, and without any noise, and if you want, you can be used with ordinary headphones.
These power speakers are perfect for me, I’m not a professional, but I can use it with several devices obtaining a professional sound quality.
I can say: Small but powerful, with excellent sound quality, versatile for a lot of uses, and don’t forget its price!

I needed a simple but very good sound quality speakers to connect to my record player. These are definitely the best. They aren't huge and quite lightweight. Very easy to connect and use. You can even connect them via Bluetooth. Sound quality is great and i like that i can controll bass and treble. Very good value for money!!!

Both myself and my partner are highly enthusiastic about high-fidelity sound reproduction, it’s often difficult to find a pair of headphones or a set of speakers that can effectively reproduce the sounds of a live musical performance.
These 2.0 Stereo Bookshelf Speakers are incredibly easy to set up and provide a rich, deep sound. For entry/mid-level music production - these are brilliant and probably one of the best in their price range. You won’t be disappointed. For anything else, they're loud and perfectly clear - but most people want loud and loaded with effects.
In a nutshell, these are a great buy. I wouldn't recommend the non-BT version as there's (arguably) better alternatives for small monitors with independent active/power control (these are active+passive) within the same price range. Regardless, these sound great.

I just got a hold of the Moukey MA20-2 Studio Monitors and so far I’ve been happy with them for the price.
This is my first set of near-field monitors, but I’ve previously been monitoring my recordings and listening to music with a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro monitoring headphones, so this is my frame of reference when listening to these Moukey speakers.
First, the build quality of the speakers is really solid out of the box. It’s also nice that they include the isolation pads in addition to the RCA-to-headphone cable, speaker cable, and power cord. The speaker cable is on the thin side, but it should still work for most folks.
I experienced some speaker crackle after my initial set up, so I decided to try swapping out the provided speaker cable for my own and that helped, so maybe I just received a bad cable.
Overall, the speakers sound really good for the price. If I wasn’t already used to listening to music on a nicer set of monitoring headphones, I don’t think I’d have any complaints at all. There are two dials on the back for bass and treble EQ, which I had to turn pretty close to the maximum setting for the speakers to replicate the more accurate sound I’m used to hearing through my headphones. Once I dialed the bass and treble in, however, I was happy with what I was hearing.
Speaking of dials, the volume dial’s range was a bit different than I expected. The dial has a huge volume range between off and the 12 o’clock position at which point the dial clicks into place. Between noon and the 3 o’clock position you still experience a volume lift, but not nearly as much as between the 9 o’clock and noon position, which I didn’t expect. From the 3 o’clock position to max there’s not much volume difference to speak of. There is a slight difference, but not nearly as much as you’d expect from turning the volume knob a full quarter turn. This certainly hasn’t ruined my experience though. It’s just something to get used to when dialing in the volume.
The bluetooth mode was a bit noisy for me (I tried to display this in the video attached to my review, you can hear some digital artifacts in the right speaker mostly during the music). I live in an older house and the computer setup is right in front of a thin, wood-paneled wall with some electrical behind it, so maybe I just experienced some electrical interference. I’m not sure. I tried using the bluetooth on both my phone (iPhone 11 Pro) and my wife's phone (Samsung Galaxy S10), and hers didn't experience the same noise as mine did. If bluetooth performance is really important to you, this might be something to look out for. I did notice another review of this product seemed to have really good results from the bluetooth, so maybe I just had some bad luck?
Another small quirk I ran into was that if my phone was connected to the speakers but I wasn’t on the bluetooth mode, the speakers had the same electrical interference type noise as I experienced in the bluetooth mode. I plan to just be sure my phone isn’t connected in the future before switching to the other modes, but I did find that a bit odd.
All that being said, I really do enjoy these speakers and I think they fit my needs well. If you’re on a budget and you’re looking for your first set of studio monitors, or you want to set up a home studio without breaking the bank, I think these Moukey speakers are a good way to go. If you have a lot more money to spend on studio monitors or if you have a lot of recording experience, another option might fit your needs a bit better.
