I read quite a few questionable reviews about Donners customer service, however I can only say that they are fantastic. The items arrived within the agreed time on the website, I also emailed their customer service team for an delivery update and they replied almost instantly. The product itself is easy to put up, sounds and feels great all, for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Very good product - easy to put together. My daughter is very happy with her new piano.
Delivery was a tad slow (about two weeks) but worth waiting for.

Really pleased with this item, plus stool and headphones. Absolutely perfect for someone coming back to music after a twenty-year hiatus and limited experience on piano. This will definitely last me a long time whilst I develop skills and seems to perform well under more experienced hands also. Delivery was prompt. Have only good things to say. Thank you Donner!

Very stylish, slim and great for beginners.

Product is really great, some slight damage on the stand which I assume was in delivery which was a little disappointing but it doesn't affect the pianos performance.

Good solid digital piano.
Nice sound well built.
Good value for money...

It arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble. I was able to do it by myself without assistance although lifting the keyboard onto the structure was a bit tricky as it is quite heavy. I’m a beginner so can’t comment on the sound quality compared with other digital pianos but it sounds good to me and the keys feel like a classic piano. It looks very smart so works well in a lounge. Really pleased it with.

Very easy to assemble! Sounds great!

We went from a smaller key board and graduated to this. Keys are a bit harder to press but it’s great strength building when practicing our chords. Space saver. All around satisfied but we are new to pianos.

Great sounds quality. Keys feel nice. Perfect size for my son who is learning to play.

I got this for my granddaughter, she loves it because of the sound quality and the weighted keys. Also, it is decently priced and easy to assemble. She’s been using it since the day it came to their house.

Beautiful keyboard and wonderful quality. Extremely affordable compared to a real piano with the same effect.

Great small piano! I’m just learning to play and couldn’t be happier! Love that it comes with a headphone Jack and you can control the volume.

This is my mother in law. They lost their home along with her most prized possessions (two pianos and church organ )in hurricane Laura . She has been the pianist at her church for 30 years . 5 months later , she lost the love of her life , her husband ( my father in law ) . One day before their 62nd Anniversary. I surprised her with a piano from your company .She wasn’t sure if she could or even wanted to ever play again ..... she hadn’t quit playing it since it arrived ♥️ You have given her new life ! Thank you we are very very pleased ! Thank you again , for not disappointing ☺️ Sincerely, Shirley

I was amazed on how fast shipping was. I believe I got it less than a week after placing my order. Sounds beautiful. Thought it came with a jack that I could plug headphones into and listen to me playing like that, but you can’t :( and wish it came with a chair, but luckily I had one from my vanity. Overall extremely happy with the purchase and company!!

I am a piano beginner and I wanted an inexpensive electric piano that will sound well and have a decent pressure sensitivity. This one delivered beautifully. It was easy to put together, the sound is very nice and has some depth, and the delivery was very fast and on time. Pedals behave as they are supposed to and the sound is good both live and on headphones. It is not a grand concert piano, but I am many etudes away from that. It is a very enjoyable product and I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this after reading many reviews. I was needing to upgrade my old keyboard to something that felt more like real acoustic pianos like I had years ago. The weighted action is very nice on this and feels very smooth. I needed something to practice on with headphones so this one is terrific. Although the sound is great with headphones, I felt the speakers below (without headphones) for my taste did sound a tad muffled and flat. Overall this piano had very good sound (some say a bit tiny in the mid range, which may be slightly true for me but not a deal breaker) and all in all I am very happy with it and spend several hours a day playing.

excellent piano for the price

The piano is fantastic, really what I expected and the price is really incredible. I am very happy, thank you.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered a digital piano online without trying it first. I took a leap of faith and am happy that I did. I compared different brands and models and ultimately chose this one because of the price and that it looks really good. And on top of all of that, it's really fun to play and sounds great.

My son absolutely loves how this looks and feels like an upright piano! It sounds great and is easy to assemble! I highly recommend this one!

Great beginner piano! We bought this as a stable, sturdy piano for our 8 year old and wild 6 year old boy. It was easy to put together, sounds great, and has excellent keys for the “piano experience”.

I've been looking for another keyboard that wouldn't break the bank but still meet the needs of wanting something that feels like an actual piano. This is the best of both worlds! Great value for the price, not too difficult to assemble (was able to put together myself) and sounds great. If you are looking for a basic keyboard with weighted keys, all octaves, and don't need all the crazy bells and whistles of a typical keyboard, this would be a perfect choice. Love the fact it had the cover to protect the keys from dust. Very happy with this purchase!

Love this electric piano! Weighted keys and good sound. The only thing I would change is that the sustain pedal does not sustain like it would on a piano. It does sustain, but it is very light, and doesn’t last long. Other than that, it’s great! And perfect for someone learning.

I am not an expert piano player by any means but I find the tone of this piano beautiful and realistic. The sound quality compared to the digital keyboard that I had been using is outstanding. This digital piano uses AWM, advanced wave memory, stereo sampling to play notes which closely approximate the sound of a grand piano, depending on how hard a key is hit. I think it sounds very much like a classic piano. The fully weighted keys also give very similar feel and experience of playing an an acoustic piano. The keys, of course, do not have true hammer action but rather emulate it. However, it feels very realistic to me to play on. Since this is a digital piano designed for learning, it does not have all the frilly tones that a keyboard possesses, just the classic piano timbre. Its focus is on sounding like an acoustic grand piano and that is my preference.

This digital piano is perfect! I have 3 kids learning to play, but didnt want a cheap keyboard or anything with a ton of buttons that they could mess around with. This is closer to "the real deal" so to speak. The kids and I love it. I LOVE that you can adjust the volume, and the pedals work great. Over all very thrilled with the purchase. You do need 2 ppl to put it together.
The sound is beautiful and the cover closes gently.

The sound from it was appalling, very “electronic” and did not sound natural in any way. I returned it almost straight away and got a Yamaha instead, much much better

My wife has been playing for decades and it was time to upgrade from her old Yamaha YPP-50. Here are her test results and comparisons for this piano, along with the Yamaha P45 & YDP103.
Cons
- sound isn’t as close to a real piano as the Yamaha's were according to my wife (although I couldn’t tell any difference) but still very good, and deeper than the Yamaha's
Overall, my wife's happy with her new Donner (the muted volume and overly-stiff sustain pedals on the Yamaha were deal breakers) and I'm happy with saving $400! Happy wife, happy life (for both of us in this case).
- some of the furniture pieces didn't fit snugly together like the Yamaha YDP103 (which I also assembled but returned in favor of this Donner), but are not noticeable unless looking very closely with a light since everything is black
- there were some minor blemishes along the edges that required touch-up with a fine-tipped marker to cover up
Pros
- value; much cheaper than Yamaha's
- max volume gets a lot louder than Yamaha's (which don't get as loud as a real piano)
- sustain pedals are much more comfortable and easier to press down than the Yamaha YDP103, which required too much leg pressure for my wife to the point her leg got tired

Not a really helpful review, but so far it’s serving its purpose well.
I’m still an adult late-beginner, and probably always will because of my lack of commitment, but I love playing what I can when I can, my 6 year old daughter is taking lessons and she loves the piano, so the less expensive route on a digital piano was probably going to be best for us.
Anyways, so we’ve had for a few weeks and I’m still holding onto the box for “just in case.” But it sounds good, it plays nicely. My mom who was a music major, piano player and teaches my daughter to play says it’s nice!

This is a very nice Digital Piano! Just to clarify up front, because it is a digital Piano it does not have the typical settings (organ, harpsichord, strings, etc.) settings that you might find on a standard keyboard, but the piano does sound very nice which you can hear in the short video. It has 2 speakers (about 6 inches each) underneath the main body that provide quite a big sound that is way more than enough for practicing at home. I've been playing with it for a couple of weeks now and have kept the volume less than half up and its plenty loud for playing with an acoustic guitar. However, there is a 1/4" output jack that can be used to run to a PA system or amplifier and still allows the speakers to play. I have plugged into my guitar amp a couple of times and it provides a very nice and clear sound coming through a 12 inch speaker. On the other hand, there are also 2 headphone jacks that bypass the speakers that I have used several times when I don't want to make noise.
The weighted key are nice, but a little stiffer than most piano/key I've played. It makes it a little awkward at first, but it not terrible to get used to. I was also really impressed by the fact that I could get 3 pedals for sustain and damping like a real piano. Obviously, the pedals feel a little different than a real piano, but it was easy to get used to. There is an input in the back for sustain pedal, but the 3 pedals used a MIDI type connection on the bottom. So I didn't have a need to use it input on the back. There is also a 1/4" Audio In on the back for plugging a microphone that can play through the speakers, which is nice if you are playing a small event that just needs a little vocal boost. The only downside is the Audio in doesn't go through the Audio out, but I got around it but sending the sound through the Headphone jack.
The only 2 ports I couldn't try out where the MIDI out and the MP3 in USB. My computer registered the MIDI out, but I don't have the right software to utilize it and my MP3 cord died on me.
Last, but definitely not least, is the construction. It's made out of fiberboard, but is pretty solid and looks really nice with the artificial wood grain. Its visible in a couple of the pictures, but looks much more realistic in person. It came in a single box that weighed 49 kg (108 lbs!). My advice, get a friend to help you carry it inside. It came in pieces like Ikea furniture, but it took less than 30 minutes to put together. It also looks so much nicer and crisper than a keyboard with a standard X-frame. Overall, its a pretty nice digital piano, especial for younger kids or if you are just learning.

I am an intermediate 58 year old piano player. I have a nice (expensive) Yamaha Clavinova piano at my primary residence. I wanted to buy a piano for my vacation home. I didn’t want to spend too much money for something I would only use occasionally and my guests would leave half filled wine glasses on and bang out “chopsticks” or “Heart & Soul” over and over. But I also didn’t want to buy a plastic keyboard to put in my recently remodeled living room. I looked through Craigslist for weeks and found mostly overpriced or trashed used pianos. I found this on Amazon and thoroughly read all the reviews. I decided to take the chance and buy it. The piano came packaged nicely. It was easy to assemble by myself, although it’s probably wiser and safer for two people to do it. I took off the plastic floor protectors and replaced them with felt to protect my wood floors. The piano itself looks pretty amazing for the price. It is a nice looking piece of furniture and blended well in the room. Does it play and sound like my Clavinova? No. I would compare it to driving a Toyota vs. a Mercedes. But as we all know, a Toyota is a great car!! The weighted keys are a tad bit heavy and spring back a little quickly but after 15-20 minutes you adjust to it. It’s actually good for building finger strength. A traIned ear will find it slightly tinny in the midrange, but not noticeably annoying. Overall I think it’s an excellent piano for the price. I have spent a good 8 hours on it so far, and I’m smiling the entire time! My family and friends think I’m joking when I tell them how much I paid for it. It looks very similar to a Yamaha CLP-525, but at a fraction of the cost. And because it’s digital, it’ll never need tuning! This is a great piano for beginners, intermediate, and even advanced players who just want to have fun.
