Easy to order and delivery 1 or 2 days,no probs
I’ve tried various loopers and just couldn’t get the hang of them. This is super easy from the start and already I’ve got numerous loops and beats recorded. Definitely would recommend this.
Love this unit. So well designed and extremely intuitive. Plenty of storage and stereo input and outputs make this item an amazing looper for the price. Very happy.
The looper pedal is a superb piece of kit at a great price. The built in drum machine and all it's various styles and tempos make it great for practicing. It's a band in a box. Would highly recommend this product.
Fantastic bit of kit. The drum sounds are more like samples than synth sounds and the rhythm patterns are really useable. For me this is going to be an invaluable bit of kit for practice and songwriting. Easy to use and fairly self explanatory. Solid build quality and at a really good price.
Online the Donner Circle Looper looked bigger. So, surprise no. 1 - it's quite small really. Not a problem - managed to fit it into an aluminium case with other pedals. After unboxing the pedal and setting it up (pretty easily) with the help of the supplied manual, the steep learning curve began. I was surprised at how intuitive it was and managed to get a modest amount of success within the first hour. The body of the looper is really sturdy and with some care, the knobs should survive reasonably well. I think it will become a very useful addition to my musical equipment especially as it has its onboard drummer. I love it and for what you get - it's not expensive.
This is a top peace of kit love it
Good product. Good customer service too.
Was looking for an affordable looper pedal and saw a review of this on the 60-Cycle Hum YouTube channel. Instantly knew that this was what I was looking
Having a ton of fun playing around with different drum settings/speeds etc. It's great fun and really useful. So glad I bought it.
Bought it on a whim and special offer - I'd been thinking of getting one anyway. I've not put it through all it's paces yet but it's certainly easy to setup and use, I didn't read any instructions for the first half hour! Excellent build quality.
A blast to use. Opened a creative part of my brain i didn't know was there. Wrote 25 songs with 2 guitar parts and bass in a couple weeks. Easy to use. Have not uploaded any thing to my computer yet...
Amazing looper with memory slots and with a drum machine built in and stereo too! What’s not to like?
As you can see from the picture I've got it patched through the bus of my board so I can record ,,, Loop ,,, dub ... Anything that goes to the board awesome piece you can go in and out and stereo what else do you want ... love it ... Very easy 2 use ,,, good quality material ...
At first, I couldn't get it to work properly because of power issues. I daisy'd off my TU-2 tuner, with 9v, 500ma. It should have worked, but had a drop in volume and bad buzzing. After I hooked up an isolated 9v 300ma power supply, it worked great. I run it through my effects chain (post amp) so that my amp channel switcher doesn't color its sound. Drums are fantastic for the price. They're generic "beat-keepers" with a little flare on some fills between measures. With 100+ variations and countless beats-per-minute time signatures, it will serve for everything I need. Be sure and push the "sync" (middle green) button to loop effectively. Another learning curve is that ending a loop with one pedal push starts a new layer of recording immediately. You have to push it twice to stop recording, if you just want to play along.
Awesome looper for the money and the drums sound good.
Best effects pedel where I can make different kinds of drum tracks
Brilliant bit of kit and so easy to use. Great looper with lots of time to jam over and over.. Tons of memory slots to save projects too. I use this to record my instruments and then send it to the Conputer and software... Hard to find fault with this Donner pedal. I love it!
Cheap and cheerful! Large memory bank, large selection of back beats, control over volume and tempo. Probably can’t really beat it for the price
Decent pedal for any pedal board for quickly adding a beat. With the looper as a added bonus.
Ease of use, large amount of memory, variety of drum patterns and great sound quality.
Easy to setup and use. Has great library of beats. Very happy with purchase.
Easy to use & I find the drum volume to be fine. Lots of fun, and really helps as a practice tool. I'm not skilled enough to want to use it at a live gig tho!!
Easy to use and good quality. Easy to make perfect loops, BUT IT IS NOT TRUE BYPASS! This could be a big issue for some setups that require signal to run thru the pedal when it is not receiving power. Really a big oversight Donner! All their other pedals are true bypass.
Easy to use and versatile.
Easy to use pedal. This has 2 buttons. Many just have one and so this allows you to create more accurate loops.
Excelente relación calidad y precio. Es de buena calidad y muy útil.
Excellent value. 40 different 4 minute loops. More loops and memory than pedals costing 2-3 times as much. Easy to use very intuitive. Highly recommend.
Favorite pedal to use.
Good pedal quality, works well, good price for what you get
Got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it !
Victor Lima Gulart da Silva
Great deal and lots of fun! Thank you!
Great heavy duty looper plus a drum machine perfect duo.
Adam "Victor" Lockhart
Great looper functionality and drums. The sync feature is great. I can’t get the downloadable software to work but everything else surpassed my expectations. Can’t beat for the price.
Great looper, definitely my favorite of several. Drums are very realistic and easy to sinc with the loops.
Great looper. Got for its storage and price. Don't really use the drums part. But storing up to 40 loops is awesome. Plus controlling the volume and fade out effect is a nice capability. It has replaced my Ditto, which is a great basic looper but can't match the storage of the Donner. Loopers are excellent practice devices for soloing. Get one.
Great looper. Looper functions as it should and works like most normal loopers, with the addition of a screen which makes it easier to see whats happening. Includes drum tracks are decent, ok variety for different styles, easy to change tempo.
Great pedal for the price
Great pedal. I love how the pedal is spilt down the middle. Loop on the left. Drum tracks on the right. I really enjoy being able to adjust the bpm of the drum tracks. Honestly I feel that the drums could sound a tad better. But they work just fine. And there are ten different genres. The loop is great because it has a record and a stop button. Most loops require you to double stomp to stop.
Great product, great price. Great utility for the guitar player and starting drum player.
Great quality and a really fun pedal.
Haven't had much time with it yet but so far I'm having a lot of fun with it. The drum machine is awesome and I like how the looper will pick up when you start playing and begin recording over your first loop without you having to hit the footswitch.
I am enjoying this looper extremely. I am a great fan of thumbpicking. I unfortunately had a stroke and cannot play the bass notes or the melody at the same time so I play the bass notes, loop them and add the melody and wallah, chet Atkins, eat your heart out! @ word of caution, it does not come with a plug in, make sure you get the correct one!
I bought this in a sale so for the price absolute bargain
I have been looking for a simple looper with some drum beats. I finally found one! I have tried other loopers and way to hard for me to use easily, was always getting spaces in the loops I can get it on time and can set the drum loop volume to match loop recording volume.
I have been playing bass for over 20 years and just started learning guitar. This pedal is great. I can plug the bass into the Left IN, Left OUT goes to the bass amp. I plug my guitar into the Right IN and Right OUT goes to the guitar amp. I can record a bass line and let it loop while I work on guitar riffs. I can add a rhythm guitar loop and work on a solo. The built-in drum/rhythm tracks are great as well.
I have or have had several looper systems with and without rhythm features. Some are so complex that each set up takes a long time and I stop using it. This unit has just enough to be useful without being cumbersome. Additionally, you can use the looper features without the drum beats, or you can use the drum beat without the looper to keep your timing regulated. The drum tones will not be useful for recording,, but it is a great practice aid. It seems solid and well built.
I have really enjoyed this pedal. Not only does it act as a great looper but the added drum tracks are fun to jam with and there are dozens of them.
I just got this pedal in the mail yesterday. Wish I would have known it needs a power adapter! This is the first pedal I've purchased that does not take a battery/batteries...Luckily I had an adapter that worked with it, but not having a battery compartment is kind of a bummer. I seek out portability. I am hoping that I can use a 9 volt battery and a short adapter to power this thing, we shall see. I still gave it 4 stars because after fiddling with it for 20 mins, it sounded great and has some awesome drum kits. For ￡100 it seems promising.
I like this product. I’ve had it a few days and I’m impressed with the quality of sound and how easy it is to use
I liked the way its set up. The display is very helpful. And its stereo CD quality. I need more practice to operate it smoothly.
I love everything about it. I specifically wanted it for the Blues tracks and I'm amazed at what this thing can do, especially because of how cheap it is compared to other loopers. one issue that I'm having is I can't figure out how to turn it off so I unplug it and that's a bit of a hassle but that might be me being an idiot lmao
I love how real the drums sound...organic and not like a computer. Also, very easy to use and understand. Just watch a few Youtube videos and you can start recording right out of the box no instructions needed, it's that easy....not like the Trio band in a box where you have to read a paper back novel first.

I love this looper to death. With 40 individual save slots that dont go away when powered off, im constantly saving random ideas. The drummer portion is incredible and helps keep me on beat. I especially love that the drummer bpm and style saves with the loop. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a looper.
I really like this looper. I dont use the drum side because I reallly dont know how but i use the looper in live ahows and love it.
I use this with my bass guitar. It’s great to have a drum beat to play with. It’s a little tricky to tap the loop button at exactly to right time for the repeat to line up.
I was able to use this looper/drum machine right out of the box by following the simple instructions enclosed. The loops are easily recorded and saved. Overdubs are also very simple to do following the instructions. Not all drum patterns included are useful for me, but I believe there are enough options for every musician to choose from. Tempos can be adjusted according to ones needs. For ￡100 it is great. I believe this is the same one sold by Flamma at a higher price, but with a different enclosure. It is also cheaper than Joyo’s OMB. The program to download loops to the computer is tricky to find. I had to use google search (donner circle looper program) to find it, since the download website is not provided. Please, note that to make the program work you need to update the pedals firmware. The program includes a pdf document with instructions that are not very clear, but I was able to figure out in 5 minutes. The pedal itself feels solid, like all Donner pedals.
I’ve had a chance to play with this looper a bit and have to say, I like it a lot. Pretty easy to get started and lots of options for recording and saving. I mainly want to use it to just play with solos and practice with a beat, and for that it’s great. There have been other reviews that mention how the drums don’t record when you record a loop, so you have to remember (write down) which drum pattern and bpm in order to play again. And that IS a drawback keeping this unit from being a total five stars. (And also, if you don’t learn to hit that little synch button, there are some definite wtf moments with this pedal!) I think this is a great value though, and I’m super stoked to get to play with it more.
Initially I was very impressed by the looper functions and sound quality. However the rhythm section sounded terrible, distorted and basically a real disappointment, until I turned down the volume to 6, from 20. I guess the default volume is maxed out and it is quite bad initially. After turning it down, it fit better in the mix with the guitar and had a much clearer sound. Bought during the Black Friday sale which made this pedal a real bargain. Its awesome for practice and putting ideas together, the rhythm / metronome options are pretty good, and I especially love the light up circle which massively helps visually in knowing where you are in the loop. Its the first looper pedal I've used but with the added features it makes it a lot of fun, easy to use and is very durable, with excellent build quality. Apart from the initial volume problem, I can fault it, haven't managed to use the usb and download recordings on a pc, nor the stereo channels, but look forward to exploring these added features more. Instructions could have been a lot worse and in all are pretty well written, managed to get going on it pretty quick.
Inspiring pedal that does a lot more for the money than any other pedal. Drums sound surprisingly good and the pedal is very user friendly. Just wish the drums saved with the loops in the memory slot.
It is incredible all the features and tools this pedal has for the price. Great to use for beginner users and there are plenty of YouTube reviews to show you how to use it.
It’s awesome. Love the drum tracks and the metronome. Works great sounds good. The drums are where it’s at with this looper. I have had the trio and the jam man. This is just more fun. I love that I can just pick a drum track and start jamming along and when I find a groove loop it. Worth the price. Seems very solid.
ITS A GREAT Loop pedal..I have other loop boxes ..this is easy to use ..great Drums .. 40 memory lots.. love this one????
It's my first looper...I did my research on YouTube, and that convinced me to purchase, as my first looper..I'm having fun learning different techniques.
It's okay the drum Beats or a little electronic sounding the Looper is fine has a metronome to count you in makes it easier to start your Loop
It's well built, easy to use and affordable. Does a great job! Recommended.
Just fun! I'm not a gear head. I just like to play guitar and sing and occasionally play trumpet or base or harmonica. Now I can play along with myself! This looper has a great range of functions that are easy to use. Fun right out of the box,
Just got it today. Impressed with the features. Did some testing as where in the pedal chain to locate it. Putting after the distortion pedal and before amp, got some feedback. I ended up putting at the front of the chain and its better. Took me a while to figure out the directions for the firmware update. Whoever wrote that isn't good with technical writing. It needs to be clear and simple. I saw another post about the volume level and I must agree. When just playing the drum beats, even at the lowest volume level its loud. I think the scale needs to be redone. Surely that can be added in a firmware update. I want the drum beats, but I don't need it dominant in the signal. Volume level 1 should be at barely able to hear, then scale up. The next thing is there is no way to turn it off. No on switch. No off switch. Is it supposed to stay on all the time ? Or is there a way through a series of button presses to turn it off. I can only see unplugging it.
Love this thing.I love to jam along with it I wish it had a reggae beat otherwise a lot of fun
My creative energy seems to flow effortlessly with this incredible drum looper. I love this product. Intuitive, easy to use, and features not seen on other drum loopers such as a fade out mode. ??????????
Nice drum grooves, controls take a min to get used to but this is a great practice pedal.
Note thst this doesn't come with a power pack!! Aside from not realising it didn't have a power pack ??♂? a great pedal - easy to use, great combos
Overall, I really think Donner did a great job with this looper. The only drawback I found was the device added a little noise to my signal, not nearly as bad as some of the the pedals I’ve had over the years, but still slightly noticeable. That being said, unless you’re willing to spend 2 to 3 times as much for a looper, I don’t think the Circle Looper can be topped.
Packed with a lot of features for the money. So far has held up pretty well. Use the drum loops every day to practice on my bass and the looper function to listen and evaluate to my playing. Really good tool if you don't have an audio interface to play and record on the computer with.
Plug and play, works just like advertised. I’m new at looping and I explored all available units before deciding on the Donner. Very happy with my purchase.
Michele Della Vecchia
Pretty cool looper easy to use I like the screen feature also
Massimo Massimo Boffelli
Pretty nice for the price. Easy to use, sounds great.
Probably the best sub ￡100 stereo looper you can get at the moment. Good drums sounds, simple operation. I like that it has a count in option even when you’re overdubbing which some more expensive loopers don’t have. This makes the looper much more useful as a quick song writing/sketching tool. Hope they would make a multi track version of this soon:)
Quality Looper! Very Easy to Use. Fun! Fun! Fun! I worked with this looper with my Bass guitar and the drum machine. Created a few grooves to jam with. I used the looper into one amp and then jammed with my guitar through another amp. I had a Blast!!!!!!
Really easy to use and a great practice tool.
Really great device. Bought to practice timing and rhythm along with a drum machine. It works great and being able to record different loops makes up for a really fun practice session.
Really like how it has built in memory to record. Best bang for the buck.
Really like this, the drum machine is great and looper works well.
Really simple to play out of the box
Saw this on 60 cycle hum and thought it looked cool. It’s a great alternative to the digitech trio+ and I think a much better option than any Boss RC looper or Ditto looper. Plus it’s STEREO!!! A few of the drum programs are a little wack but for the price, it really can’t be beat. Don’t waste your money on anything else.
So this thing rips, it's super easy to use, and I would say it's holds up well against the boss equivalent. Shipping was fast, and the price was good. Alot of bang for the buck!
so what have i done? i set the rhythm to a stock 4/4 120bmp rock beat. hit the merge button. plugged a guitar into the top input. plugged a bass into the bottom input. top output goes to my guitar amp. bottom output goes to my bass amp. hit the record button. got a 4count metronome lead in. bass first. nice to hear the rhythm is played through both outputs (got better kick drum tone coming out of the bass cabinet). then rhythm guitar. then dubbed over some ambient guitar. made mistakes. removed them as i went. kept the loop when i was satisfied. clicked on distortion and had some fun. the loop i made was automatically saved so i can revisit it. made a new loop on memory 2. lather, rinse, repeat. there are a few things that i really enjoy doing by myself. this is one. minds out of the gutter, please lol. i also plan to hook up a AB switch to the lower input to switch off between the bass guitar and keyboard to add another layer dubbed over the loop. if you like to play all the instruments but cant play drums to save your life and want to do it all together like a band, without having a band, you need this pedal. im sure there are others with more capabilities, more options, better sound, etc but you're gonna pay about ￡400 at least for those. pro? go for it. ￡400+ is worth it. gigging? yup i still say spend the money. but at home, hobbyist, introvert, poor, average guy/gal who plays instruments and wants to have fun, whatever... get this. get it now. before they realize how good it is and raise the prices.
Solid bang for your buck, but make sure you have the right amp to use it. The drum machine sounds pretty awful through my guitar amps, but sounds very good through my Rumble 40 bass amp. I use it to loop drums and/or bass lines through my bass amp, then play guitar over that. On one hand, the beats that are included are just okay, but on the other hand it costs so much less than the fancier alternatives which I'm too lazy to program anyhow lol. Solid/fun practice tool if you're not super picky about beats.
Super affordable, easy to use looper. Great practice tool.
Super easy to use! Sounds great! Great quality!
Super easy to use, inexpensive and the sound quality is great. I’d stack this up there with Boss loopers and the ditto x4 and x2.
Takes a little time getting used to the controls and timing of the foot switch. Being my first looper pedal, I'm really happy with the construction quality, and memory space these have. This is by far the best value looper on the market right now.
Ten times the quality of the ammoon looper that stopped working after two months and I got no response from them when I emailed them.100￡ down the drain. I hope donner would not be the same.
The best looper around for the money. 2 Buttons ,stereo ins and out ,100 drum patterns that sound pretty good and 40 saved memory slots. Some of the drum patterns are a bit to busy and i would like to see a country genere but overall it is excellent
The circle looper is a must have guitar pedal for jamming at home and you will find it improves your timing so much . As a looper it helps to improve layering your music and understand how harmonies and different guitar parts interact with each other . The unit us built like a tank .boss standard almost.. and for 100 pounds it's a no brainer . Top product .
The Donner New Cycle Looper is a solid pedal for practicing solo. The looper works like all loopers work. The internal beats are good for practice but they're not great; they sound like beats from a 1990s Casio keyboard. I've been using the metronome function more than anything. Nice to be able to easily control the BPM and the volume of the metronome while playing. The pedal is intuitive and easy to use and figure out. If you're looking for a simple looper with some beats to help you keep time while practicing, this is a good option.
Robert Hywel bennett Griffiths
The only problem is the power jack is already loose after 4 uses. the pedal works great though, a lot of features
Mr Na'il Davies
the only thing I don't like it is the count in. 1 measure and start. would rather click in and out.
Thinking about buying another for a different setup. Excellent product, great value. Love the looper as well as different drum effects. Love it....
This equipment worked great for looping. Four minutes is a long time. And the 40 banks is fantastic. However, the editing software would not open for me, so I had to knock off a star. But then I returned the star after Donner worked with me to figure out why I couldn't figure it out. Was a communications deal. After three or four go-rounds on Messenger, I saw what I felt was the disconnect, and that turned out to be true. So hopefully they will update their instruction sheet to help people like me get to the point we can move files back and forth from the computer to the device with ease. It really is a quantum leap up from a looper that way.
