The piano was easy to put together- I did it with my 8 year old in less than an hour! It has a beautiful sound, feels like a piano when played and it looks gorgeous.
However, the box it arrived in shows that it was not handled with any type of care and showed signs of being left somewhere wet and muddy, possibly for a while.
The piano lid is bowed and so rubs against the top when opened.
I’m awaiting customer services reply to resolve the issue.

I was very glad & surprise to receive the piano on the next day of purchase. However, the bench was missing, and still now not yet received. A little bit upset for it.
Also, the delivery was so bad. It just left in the mailbox of the main gate, but not to the my apartment. I need to move the piano without any trolley

So impressed by the quality of the DDP-100. It has been an awfully long time since I have played, and in retirement I wanted that special sound and feel of the keys that I would recognize when I first began as a complete beginner many years ago. Of course, I am very much that once more but this instrument will provide me with the motivation and joy to begin the challenge again. It was such a relief really to find an instrument that focused completely on the qualities that represents a quality piano without the distractions often incorporated into electric keyboards. Beautiful digital piano. The keys are fully weighted. I wish the foot pedals were made of something sturdier than plastic, but no problems so far. We did have one problem with our piano. The silver Donner script on the integrated music stand was sticking up in one spot. It was so small it was not a visible defect. However it is RAZOR SHARP if you happen to touch it. My daughter sliced her hand open from the top of her finger to midway down her hand.

Easy to set up. Took about 30 minutes from opening the box to the user playing. Definitely a two-person job due to the size and weight of the actual piano. Keys certainly feel accurate as if it were a traditional piano. USB 2.0 I/O for phone or tablet connectivity. Sounds great overall.

Feels almost identical to a real piano! The weighted keys are better than your standard weighted keyboard. The sound quality is amazing as well and you can’t beat having real pedals on it. I bought this as a gift. He has really enjoyed it. This seems to be a great started piano. It is super heavy but arrived undamaged. It was fairly easy to put together. The sound is very good. The keys have a very nice weighted feel. There have not been been too many negatives. It is a nice piano and looks nice but is made of press board and laminate and will chip/scratch easy. The music stand to hold books or iPad for tutorials is not the greatest. However, it is a good quality for the price point.

I decided to revisit the piano playing I left behind 17 years ago. This feels just like the piano I grew up playing on. Sound quality is fantastic! That said, I am by no means an expert. Also, this thing is super heavy! I am 5’4 130lbs, but was able to put it together on my own, but I struggled lol. Make sure you have someone to help you if you are not able to lift heavy things.

I had to sell my baby grand when we downsized and I’ve been missing a piano for two years. I didn’t want to spend a fortune so I did a little research. I didn’t bed any bells and whistles just a full weighted keyboard with volume control and headphones. I am happy to say this was perfect for me. I did have to put together the base using a diagram with no specific directions but I had it together in less than 30 minutes. Sound quality is beautiful! The weighted keys have just the right touch. I’m happily playing my old tunes again after 2 years!

I haven't played piano for more than a minute since 1999. After assembling the Donner DDP 100 and taking a seat, many songs I played back then came roaring back into my memory. My muscle memory surprised me the most. I'm very rusty, but I can't wait to start practicing several hours a day. The piano itself is a great bargain and never has to be tuned. It's very well made and plays exactly like my old upright. The sound quality is excellent and the feel is genuine. It was very simple to assemble and I am thrilled with my purchase. UPDATE: May 8th, 2021 I had a minor issue with the A key just below middle C making a clicking sound. I contacted the customer service team at Donner in Hong Kong and they responded to me within hours. They sent me detailed instructions, a file and video on how to make the very minor adjustment myself and it worked perfectly. I could not be any more pleased that I chose a Donner instrument and the customer service is prompt and outstanding. Highly recommended!

I love my Donner digital keyboard. I have played the piano for many years and we moved to Florida in 2019. Our house is much smaller here so I could not bring my baby grand piano. I missed playing so I got this keyboard for on our lanai. I love it. It's not too big and has a great tone. It was a great investment and now I have music back in my life. I highly recommend it!!!
