A great little product with a great little price tag! Sounds really good and easy to use for a novice

looks great and works well once it's placed in the correct place in the chain of pedals. Much lighter than my previous wah-wah pedal with all the depth I need.

Great little pedal, got it on the sale for £25! Fits on my makeshift pedal board nicely unlike my Daphon Wah pedal which is too big

Does what it says, nice effects pedal. Super fast delivery. 1st class service.

Great pedal , at the cost of a Large pizza or a budget meal for two. Silly deals Donner !
Nice smooth wide ranging wah and handy volume mode for swells or muting your signal.
Contrary to some youtube claims, or the reviews dont imply ... the pedal will do volume swells from zero to full, just make sure th epedal is the first in the chain. Perhaps with a signal booster in front the response is different , but my experience has been most pleasing.

excellent little wah/volume pedal sounds really good only downside for me is the size, I find it a little uncomfortable to use but that is probably just me and my stiff ankles.

Fun thing, better than I expected for the price. Well constructed and works well. I was Hendrix in my head!

Great little pedal. Not perfect but amazing for the size and cost. It works well, smooth control but with a small jump at the start. In volume mode it is silent and does the job really well. The only real gripe is that I have it at the end of my pedal chain, so I can have the guitar on 10 in front of the pedals, and in Wah mode it is noisy. However, I have another wah at the beginning of my signal chain so only need the Donner for volume.

What a brilliant pedal! One of the best wah-wahs I've used - and at a fraction of the price. This is the third Donner pedal I've bought, and so far have found performance and value to be outstanding.

Great service as usual, this pedal does exactly what it should. Easy to operate, good clean sound, good range of wah effect.

I wasn't really looking for a Wah pedal but I took the opportunity to pick it up at a really good price. I'm just a fumbling late-learner so I didn't need or want anything too 'pro'. The vowel pedal works just fine at making my efforts sound a little more "Hendrix". A quick press on the front of the pedal switches from wah to volume. Left fully forward it makes no difference to your tone or volume and simply bypasses.
Pedal lights up red or green depending on which mode you're in.
Good value fun at the price I paid, I dropped one star as it's made out of tough plastic and doesn't come with a power supply but overall it's good value.

Ideal for a small pedal train I made, does what it says on the box, awesome pedal, will use Donner again, thank you,A+++++

We bought this for our budding rock star 9 year old grandson. He demonstrated it to us yesterday, and it sounded amazing. He is thrilled with it.

The is a review of the 2 in 1 mini active Wah-Volume Pedal. I've gone from a huge pedal board to this mini size board that I'm using in small and larger venues alike. I've spent years with every boutique pedal imaginable. But recently I discovered Donner and I love the Donner concept and the pedals I've bought are very good, especially for the price.
This is a Wah Pedal a Volume Pedal to boot. Plus you don't have to switch between the two. The main reason I bought it is that that it's so small and has a great sound. It feels a little like plastic at first compared to my huge Teese Real McCoy Wah, but after a while I got used to it and I love it. Actually it's built really well. I think just being so small takes some getting used to.

I love this pedal...it gives me a great wah sound which is easily comparable with a cry baby AND also acts as a volume pedal which I love and to boot it's really compact...a plus for squeezing cool pedals onto my board...highly recommend.....

Like all of the other pedals I've purchased from Donner this little guy is affordable, sturdy, and does what I want it to do when I want it to do it. The size is handy in terms of space it takes up, but if I'm being honest, I'd prefer something larger, but that's 100% preference and not a knock on the pedal.

I currently own a few other Donner pedals so I had high hopes for this pedal as well. I was more interested in the volume aspect than the wah side of the pedal. I feel like I have great volume control and there is a wide range from bottom to top of the sound. The wah turns out to be quite good as well. The quality of the pedal was fairly decent and appears that it would withstand some bouncing around. I loved the size which is another reason I made this purchase. There is plenty of room for your foot despite the smaller than typical size. If this pedal died on me, I'd replace it with the same exact pedal. I recommend purchasing this pedal.

I haven't used it much but if my opinion changes I will revise my review.
It was well packaged and appears sturdy. I used to use a Line6 X3 live and it had an integrated wah/volume and I have since changed my setup to a Marshall with a pedal board and needed a volume pedal for swells so the wah was a bonus as well as familiar since I had it with the X3.
It works well in the lineup and the swells don't sound choppy . The pedal is small and takes a little adjustment since I am used to a larger size foot controller.
I have been impressed with Donner products after using some of their other things like a pedalboard and power supply. Great quality for the price. I would recommend this pedal to anyone, especially for the size and quality.

I've always used steel and aluminum wah and volume pedals like Morley and Dunlop, but I wanted to save space on my DIY pedalboard by combining the two. I use this pedal before the amp input, between the (1) Kliq tuner and (3) Behringer CS400 compressor/sustainer. The wah sounds surpringly good, with a vintage tone not too far from the Dunlop GCG95. The volume function is what hurts this pedal. The treadle action is not fluid and seems to stick in places, and it's hard to tell when the heel end is all the way depressed in the Mute position. Good things include the pronounced "click" switch under the toe end, and the 2-color LEDs are handy at a glance to see if it's in wah (red) or volume mode (green). The thing that bothers me the most, however, is the little extruded square on the bottom of the housing that prevents you from attaching it to a flat pedalboard with velcro. It might work well on a rail-style pedalboard, but I haven't tried it and can't say for certain.

There were three things that drew me to the pedal: price, size, and the additional feature of having a wah with a volume.
I've finally used this pedal live and wanted to leave a review because it worked perfectly. Overall the pedal feels fairly sturdy. I'm mainly using this as a volume pedal in my live rig but I love having the wah on the board for at-home use. It really is a great size. The pedal resistance is a bit light but in a live setting, you really just adapt to it and it's not even noticeable.
I will say that if you want a pedal with an even sweep (such as a VP Jr.) than this may not be the pedal for you. Don't get me wrong, you can dial in all volume levels that you'd need, it's just very touch sensitive in the lower part of the volume range. This was a non-issue for me because I typically use the volume to pull back just a little bit, or boost just a little bit depending on where I'm sitting in the mix. It was perfect for that! Most of the sweep is from about 60% to 100% volume (in my estimation) and in a live situation, it was phenomenal.
I highly recommend this for people looking for board space and those who are on a budget. I actually chose this pedal over a mini Dunlop and I have no regrets.

Love the design of this pedal and it sounds great.

Small footprint and easy to use. Sound alot like my vox

This a great pedal that does double duty! It's not a great wah-pedal but it can also be a volume pedal for those great volume swells. It is an always "on" pedal so for me it took a bit to remember that when I wasn't getting anything from my guitar it was because I had the pedal volume "off". As a new player to this pedal it wasn't a show stopper just something new to learn. Otherwise I've really enjoyed learning to use the wah effect and volume control.

I was in need of a updated wah pedal. I have a Cry Baby wah I bought back in the 70’s, it still works and sounds great but it is battery powered and has angled jacks, thereby making it difficult to add to my pedalboard. I was reluctant to try the mini pedal because it looked so small and fragile. But after using this pedal for a while, I am very happy with it. The sound is very clean, no extraneous noises as with my old wah. Also, it fits really nicely on my board. I thought it would take time getting used to the smaller size, but after using it for 5 minutes, you won’t even notice it. As with my other Donner pedals, excellent quality at a very affordable price.

As mentioned in the title this thing uses alot of power just like a normal wah pedal does. I use this pedal for all of my jimi hendrix type playing (like what everyone uses it for). The volume control is handy on this thing as well, i use it much more compared to using my tuner or my guitars volume knob.
If your getting alot of noise from other pedals or just having this thing on, it is most likely because this thing is soaking up all of the power.
Just don't daisy chain this with a bunch of pedals, maybe 3 other pedals at max. I actually had to upgrade my power supply to use this pedal properly.
Doug Renfro
Very pleased with this pedal. I used it for the first time last night in a public performance, and it worked flawlessly.
I don't really need the wah function, but it's nice to have if I do need it later on.
I placed it before my chorus pedal and after my compressor pedal and the sound in the church system was wonderful!!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to for this one. This pedal was packed great and I think it works incredible for what I need it for. The 2 in 1 feature is awesome. The reason I bought this pedal was to save some room on my pedal board and to be light weight for when I'm moving my board from the house to gigs, practice, etc.... I currently use a dunlap sw-95 slash wah, but it takes up a ton of room. I am extremely happy with the tones I'm getting with this little pedal. It is made out of plastic, but seems to be built solid and sturdy. Its only powered by a DC9V, but I never use batteries anyways.
I really like how the pedal switches from Wah to Volume. I was expecting a button to press on the side, which I think is a pain. My Dunlop wah has a button on the side to switch from clean to distortion, but I never use it since its hard to get to when playing live. But for this, you simply press on the pedal with your foot when its in the down position, and it switches back and forth easily. You have to push firm which is great so you don't switch from wah to volume accidently. The lights are also very helpful to see where you left off at. When you're using the Wah feature, the lights will be red, then green for the volume feature.
