Avoid Donner Music. We bought a digital keyboard which arrived with a faulty speaker. My initial emails were ignored but we managed to get though to the helpline and were promised a refund, including in writing via an email. The refund has never arrived. Our subsequent emails have not been acknowledged or responded to. The UK helpline has been shutdown so the only means to contact Donner is via email. Donner has also changed domain and email address - we have tried both without success. We are stuck with a broken piano and nearly £300 of debt with no apparent means to hold Donner to account. Avoid.

Bought this for my daughter as part of Masters graduation gift. As she has been wanting to learn to play. Not knowing how serious she is with learning and playing one. I decided to buy this semi weighted ( her bf said semi weighted is better than non weighted ) Her boyfriend who is a music teacher has to say about it: Order delivery was little hassle has USPS would not delivery it and made us pick it up from USPS office. Came with simple and easy to assembly instructions Took about 30 mins plus minus to assemble it. It is well made and very sturdy Even for a beginner a semi weighted is better than non weighted Sound quality is good Not sure how well my gf is going to learn. We are waiting to get a stool so she can start her lessons. Overall I am impressed and would recommend this Donner semi weighted digital piano.

Easy setup. Husband wanted this for casual playing and the sound quality is nice. Weighted keys mimics a real piano so that’s pretty good as well. This keyboard is larger than expected and it’s almost like a full piano. The only complaint we have is that the lower pitched keys seem to be louder than the higher pitched ones, which is weird. Do not know if there is a way to adjust this?

Got it for my sons 8th birthday. He likes it and it works great, however my only negative is that it really smells and gases off. Before putting it in his room I ‘aired it out’ but it still smelled after weeks. Besides the stink, it’s a decent little piano.

I am a complete beginner. I am trying to play anything using both hands on the treble and the bass clef. But I just feel like the bass clef is overpowering the treble and it's hard to hear the treble clearly. I would really love there to be a setting that I could adjust the specific volume for the two clefs. Otherwise, this piano is great. As much as I know (from 0 experience) it's a nice feeling piano. Not cheaply made either.

I purchased this piano for Christmas for my 13 and 15 year old children. At first, they were worried it would be a lot of work to put together but within the hour they were standing next to each other playing. The sleek design fits perfectly in our living room and if we do need to move it, it is light enough to easily transfer. I really appreciate the volume setting it has since I work from home and the kids homeschool, it is the perfect option to utilize so not to disturb others. Utilizing the MP3 setting has enabled my kids to learn to play along with some of their favorite artists. Overall, this Donner piano is worth the investment. It is a wonderful instrument to have in the home.

It's a great beginner piano/keyboard. Affordable, solid and easy to assemble. I really like the stand the keyboard sits in it makes it feel more like a piano and it's sturdy, great for young kids. Simple buttons, outputs, headphone jack. Sound quality could be better but at this price point you really can't go wrong with this one . Really no complaints but remember it's an affordable beginer keyboard piano, if you adjust your expectations you'll be delighted with your purchase.

I've been playing this non-stop ever since I've received it. It's easy to use and set up, even though it comes with a stand, I chose not to use it without stand temporarily. So, here's my points: - Bulky; both the piano and the stand feels sturdy, which is something I like. - Semi-weighted keys; they are much better than non-weighted variants and you can feel the difference in intensity. Also there's a button to disable intensity. - A small variety of instruments; it provides a selection of instruments, but my favorite thing about it is it supports dual voice, so you can use half of the keys as piano and the other half as the instrument of your choice. - Metronome switch and record/play options take time to get used to, record skips the length of first note for some reason and changing the bpm of metronome takes time to understand. - Wide range of music bases and genres, which is fun to improvise upon. - Pedals; right pedal controls sustain, but I couldn't get the middle and left pedals to use for some reason. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since trill, reverb and sustain switches are available on the keyboard. Given the price and options, it's a good choice for a beginner piano with a stand. Considering the size and weight of it, the stand is important if you don't have an empty desk like me.

Keyboard top tilts slightly down away from the front towards the back, creating a weird angle to play it. Not the whole unit tilting, just the way the keyboard part sits on the stand, it tilts towards the rear.

The media could not be loaded. I am using this digital Piano for almost a month now and I am very pleased with the product quality. First, the assembly of this piano was very easy and it was ready to be played within 10 min !! it has many different settings to select from but I am a beginner so haven't explored much. it also has excellent inbuilt speakers which produce perfect tones. the keys are also weighted perfectly and do not need any tunning!!! Overall I must say this was a fantastic buy for me and I am really looking forward to learning much more in the summer break !!
